In order to get your textbooks from the book room you need to pay for your school fees at the office. Take your receipt and schedule to Mrs. Wittebolle in the book room. On Monday the book room will be open at lunch. For Tuesday to Thursday the book room will be open before school only.
Before texts can be picked up for the fall semester
all outstanding texts/fees from the 2008/2009 school year must be accounted for.
fees for the 2010/2011 school year must be paid (or arrangements made with the school Principal).
Acquire a fees receipt for presentation at the book room.
Parents who are unable to pay school fees should discuss the requirements for a waiver with the Principal.
Fees can be paid and texts picked up as follows:
Grade 9 and 10, Monday, August 23, from 8:30 to noon, or from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Grade 11 and 12, Tuesday, August 24, from 8:30 to noon, or from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. (Fees may be paid in advance of this time too. They are $165.00. A yearbook is an additional $30.00.)
Students unable to attend to this matter should request a parent/friend to do so for them. In the case of a friend doing this favour, they should be given a signed note that reads: “I have given ___ permission to pay my fees, collect my receipt, texts and admission documents.” (This may include locker combinations.)
